The time you become hoggish, and pray to get "lucky", is the time you squander all of your cash. Seems a bit abnormal, but it appears to be genuine. The only time I ever come away with money is when I don’t care about squandering it. I went to the the casino the other evening with twenty dollars. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, I mean, what is $20? So guess what happened? I left with $120 profit in 1 hour!

Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Bob. I took in $100 that I couldn’t stand to squander. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in thirty minutes! The lesson is don’t ever bet more than you are able to lose. If you don’t worry about not winning, you have a lot more opportunity of profiting big!

How else can you improve your chances of winning at Roulette besides creating a budget? Never wager on individual numbers! Yes, they hit every once in a while, but they do not hit often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Only bet on 1:1 bets like red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like first 12, 2nd dozen, 3rd dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay pretty big.

With the basic facts covered, how else can we further boost our chances of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our ally, as opposed to our enemy. "You cannot win at Roulette", my friend Mike would say to me. "It is absolutely arbitrary because any number might come up". Sure, my friend Chris certainly has a point, however at the same time, he is missing a critical aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black could be landed on thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
